Returns & Refund Policy

At Nutritail Distributors Sdn. Bhd., we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, pet food, supplements, and consumable items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 working days

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
